Carmen was awesome. I was in the middle of a move and my yarn was returned because it arrived to my new address before I did! She resent it to me immediately and it is beautiful and exactly as shown. I would definitely order here again. Her shipping cost was very reasonable, which is important to me when ordering online. I have bypassed other sellers on this site because of their outrageous shipping costs, which is a shame because I have a yarn addiction right now and would have bought it all!
